Battery replacement, strap changes, repairs, watch-band adjustments
Battery Replacement
We replace your watch battery right here at the shop — usually while you wait. We use only high-quality batteries from trusted manufacturers and check the seal afterwards so your watch keeps running reliably. For water-resistant watches we can also test the seal on request.
Repairs
From a faulty movement to scratched crystals to a bent case: we assess your watch in person and talk through the work needed before starting. Larger repairs go to established watchmaker workshops, smaller jobs we handle ourselves.
Strap Change
Want to give your watch a fresh look? We fit a new strap right here at the shop — leather, stainless steel, Milanese or expansion band. You'll find matching straps in-store in a range of widths and colours.
Watch-band Shortening and Extension
Whether it's a metal bracelet, leather strap or Milanese mesh — we adjust your watch band to fit your wrist exactly. Standard shortening usually takes just a few minutes. For extension we add the matching link or hole when available.
