2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (server location: Germany). Hetzner processes data on our behalf (data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR / Art. 28 DSGVO).

When you visit this website, the server automatically records the following data in standard server log files: IP address, browser type, access time, and pages visited. This data is technically necessary and processed on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest). Log files are automatically deleted after 7 days.

3. Contact Form

The contact form on this website is processed via a self-hosted PHP script on our own server. Data you enter (name, email address, message) is sent directly to our email inbox. No data is transmitted to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (pre-contractual measures).

Note: The contact form is currently being set up and is not yet active.

4. Web Analytics (Swetrix)

We plan to use Swetrix for anonymised website analytics. Swetrix is self-hosted on our own server — no data is transmitted to third parties, no cookies are set, and no personal data is stored. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest in improving our website).

Note: Web analytics is not yet active.

5. Cookies

This website does not use cookies. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, and no third-party cookies are set. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

6. External Services

This website does not load any external resources on page load. Fonts (Playfair Display, Lato) are self-hosted — no connection is made to Google Fonts or other CDN services. No Google Maps iframe is embedded; a stylised map image links to Google Maps only on active click. No social media plugins or embeds are present.
